“So I wanted you all to know that I shopped around for a plastic surgeon before I found your office. I called a few places and was super disappointed to find out it really is/was all about the money. I understand, obviously, that you guys need to be paid, but for some women, like me, plastic surgery is NOT for fun or cosmetic reasons or a way to spend thousands of dollars because we have too much money. For me, medically, it’s necessary. People think it’s great having large breasts…it’s not. We are leered at, laughed at, can not find clothes that fit, mocked and bullied. There are things I can not do because my boobs get in the way and because of that I cry and feel ashamed.
Your office was THE ONLY office that said “we’ll help find a way financially; we’ll work it out.” From the first phone call with Michelle to speaking with you, and my ZOOM consultation with Dr. Perez, who was OUTSTANDING and so kind I felt like I had found the perfect place to take care of my health.
Thank you for putting patients first and working with us financially – especially now because of COVID so many of us have gone through our savings in order to survive. Medically, we still have issues to be resolved. We should not have to sacrifice our health when payment options should be available.
Thank you for being human at the end of the day…so many offices care only about money.“
